AI training · AI literacy · Art. 4 AI Act

AI training for companies that you can document.

Your people already use AI, with or without approval. We train staff and leadership in using AI in daily work, with your tools and your rules. At the end there is a record of what was trained, who took part and under which policy.

The trigger

The question comes from your data protection officer, not from the law.

At some point someone asks what you did so that your staff use AI safely. It may be your data protection officer, a large customer with a supplier questionnaire, or internal audit after customer data was pasted into a chat window. A circular email saying “please don't enter confidential data” does not answer that question. In our workshops it usually shows within the first hour that about half of the participants use AI privately. At work this then happens without a rule anyone knows.

Context

What Art. 4 of the AI Act says today.

Art. 4 of the AI Regulation was amended by the Digital Omnibus (Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, Official Journal of 24 July 2026). Under the new wording, providers and deployers of AI systems take measures to support the development of AI literacy among their staff. A specific level of competence is expressly not required. What moves into focus is whether a company planned, carried out and recorded suitable measures.

Content

What happens in the training.

Training takes place on your premises, with groups of up to twelve people. We work with the AI tools your staff actually use or are meant to use.

What AI can do and where it gets things wrong

Language models write convincingly even when the content is wrong. Participants practise checking results on their own examples before passing them on.

Which data must stay out

Customer data, HR data, quotes, source code. We go through what happens to entered data in your tools and where the line runs in daily work.

Shadow AI and approved tools

Which tools are allowed in your company, who approves them and what happens with private accounts. Where no rule exists yet, a draft is produced in the session.

Your usage policy

The training works with your policy, not a generic template. If you have none, we write it with you beforehand.

Roles instead of one size for all

Clerical staff need different content than managers or IT. We split groups by what people actually do with AI.

The record

Participant list, date, content covered and policy version in one document you can file and present when asked.

How it differs

Training, seminar or workshop?

AI training is for everyone who uses AI in daily work. Our seminars are for the people responsible for AI in the company: AI security, control over AI agents, keeping evidence. In a workshop we spend a day on your own case and you leave with a finished result, such as your AI inventory or your first policy.

Price

Quoted by group size.

The price depends on the number of groups and sessions. In the free initial call we clarify who needs training and whether a usage policy already exists. You then receive a fixed-price quote. All prices net plus VAT.

FAQ

Common questions on AI training

Is AI training for employees mandatory?
As amended by the Digital Omnibus (Regulation (EU) 2026/1744), Art. 4 of the AI Regulation requires providers and deployers to take measures to support the AI literacy of their staff. A specific level does not have to be guaranteed. Training is one such measure, but not the only possible one. Whether and to what extent this affects your company depends on the actual use. Guidance, not legal advice.
What do we get as a record?
A document with the participant list, date, content covered and the version of your usage policy the training was based on. It is built so you can file it and present it when data protection, audit or customers ask.
Isn't an e-learning course enough?
For general basics an e-learning course can be enough. But it does not know your tools or your rules. Most mistakes happen exactly there: which data may go into which tool. We answer that question with your examples.
What does the AI training cost?
The price depends on the number of groups and sessions. After a free 30-minute initial call you receive a fixed-price quote, net plus VAT.
We don't have an AI policy yet. Is that a problem?
No. Then we write it with you before the training, as a separate session or as part of a workshop. Without a policy training stays generic, with a policy it becomes binding.
